Neighborhood Garage Sale
The Spring garage sale will be held Friday, May 17th and Saturday, May 18th. In the event of inclement weather, we will extend the date out to Sunday, May 19th.

Welcome! We are so happy you have chosen Hearth Stone! Please register to the restricted areas of the website to stay informed of neighborhood news. To ensure you have active key fobs to access the playground and pool area and receive a welcome packet, please contact Adriana, our Social Director at yazmins@cox.net. A few friendly reminders to keep our neighborhood safe and beautiful:
- Yards: Please be sure your yards are in good order and weeded.
- Vehicles: As a reminder the Hearthstone POA Convenant that all vehicles shall be parked in a garage or on the driveway. Vehicles should not be parked on the street. If a vehicle is parked on the street a friendly reminder will be placed on the car to move it. If the car is not moved within the timeframe stated on the note, it will be towed at the owners expense.
- Pets Unattended: There have been a few comments regarding cats roaming the neighborhood and dogs barking. No pet is allowed on the common areas unless carried or leashed. We would like to kindly remind everyone that this is not just a Hearthstone POA Covenant, but it is directly from the City of Rogers as well. According to Animal Services, owners of any licensed cats/dogs impounded by the city will receive the following: 1st offence, a warning and 2nd offence a fine and citation. Unlicensed cats/dogs will be kept for 6 days before becoming property of the city.

Dec. 1st to Jan. 31st: $450.00
Feb. 1st through 28th: $500.00
Mar. 1st on: $575.00 plus $10.00 per month until paid in full
Pay via PayPal (a $15 service charge applies):
Dec. 1st to Jan. 31st: $465.00
Feb. 1st through 28th: $515.00
Mar. 1st on: $590.00 plus $10.00 per month until paid in full
