~ Neighborhood News ~ After much hard work…Hooray!   The Community Pool is now OPEN!   Please keep in mind of the following:   Pool Rules 1. No Food inside the fence surrounding the pool.  NO glass containers. If food gets into the swimming pool it will have to be closed for cleaning – and we don’t want that!   2. No Running or Rough housing please! The pool deck is very hard and we would hate for anyone to get injured.   Pool Keys: Please do not loan out your pool key or to open the security gate for anyone without a working pool key. If someone’s key is not working it may be due to unpaid community dues.  Use of the facilities if you have not paid your dues could be construed as trespassing and is punishable by law.  Anyone loaning pool keys to a neighbor without pool privileges could be construed as being an accessory to trespassing.   If your pool key is not working please submit a request for a new or replacement key here.   Updated Pool Rules here.  PLEASE READ!!!  (7/28/2010)     Community Dues: Any unpaid dues at this time now include the late fee of $75 followed by a $10 monthly late fee for each additional unpaid month. Checks should be made out according to the monthly dues owned and mailed to the address below:   Dues Amount Owed by Month: JULY = $615 AUG  = $625 SEPT = $635   Hearth Stone Property Association P.O. Box 361 Lowell, AR 72745   Dues also may be paid online here		~ Announcements ~ RFP for Lawn Care & Maintenance Services By POA Board on August 24, 2010 The POA is requesting proposals for the Lawn Care & Maintenance Services for the subdivision for 2011. Please forward this information to anyone qualified to provide these services. Bids are being accepted until 9/24/2010. The RFP is located in the Public documents area on the website.   No Pets allowed in the Pool/Playground area By POA Board on July 26, 2010 Please refrain from allowing pets inside the gated area at the pool house and pool/playground area.
